Privacy Policy

Last updated: 23 July 2026

This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit this website, book a consultation, or email me. It is written plainly and I have tried not to hide anything in it.

Session notes are separate. Anything you tell me during a consultation or session is governed by the confidentiality terms described in the FAQ, not by this policy. This page is only about the website.

Information you give me

When you book a consultation, you provide your name, email address, a chosen time, and anything you write in the notes field. Booking is handled by a third-party scheduling service on my behalf.

When you email me, I receive your email address and whatever you choose to write.

I do not ask for, and this website does not collect, payment details. There is no account to create and no newsletter list.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this one uses third-party services to understand how it is being used. These services operate as processors on my behalf, under their own privacy policies, and collect the following broad categories:

I use this to understand which parts of the site people actually read and where they get stuck. I do not use it to identify individuals, and I do not attempt to connect a recording to someone who later becomes a client.

The specific providers change from time to time as tools are added or replaced. If you would like to know which are in use right now, email me and I will tell you.

If you would rather not be included at all, browser-level tracking protection or an ad blocker will generally prevent these services from loading, and the site will work normally without them.

Cookies

Cookies are small files placed on your device. This site uses them only for the measurement described above — there are no advertising cookies here. Session cookies disappear when you close your browser; persistent ones remain until they expire or you clear them. Your browser can refuse cookies entirely, and this site will still work.

Fonts

Typefaces load from a third-party font service, which receives your IP address when a page loads. No cookie is set by this.

What I do not do

How long information is kept

Analytics data expires on the providers’ own schedules — typically around 30 days for interaction recordings and up to 14 months for aggregate usage data. Booking records and email correspondence I keep for as long as the professional relationship requires, and afterwards only as long as needed for business and legal records.

Security

I take reasonable measures to protect the information I hold. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, however, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.

Links to other websites

This site links to services and pages I do not operate. If you follow one, you are subject to that site’s own privacy policy, and I have no control over and take no responsibility for their practices. It is worth reading the policy of any site you share information with.

When I may have to disclose information

I may disclose information where I believe in good faith that it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or a valid request from a public authority, to protect against legal liability, or to protect the safety of a client or the public. If this practice were ever transferred to or merged with another practice, client information could form part of that transfer, and I would give notice before it became subject to a different policy.

Your rights in California

If you are a California resident, the CCPA and CPRA give you the right to know what personal information has been collected about you, to request its deletion, to request correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these. Email ramesh@thestillnessflow.com and I will respond within 45 days. If you are in the EU or UK, the equivalent GDPR rights apply and the same address works.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
